Ingredients 4 russett potato 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste
Procedures ß Wash and peel potato. Cut into think wedges and put on a roasting tray in one layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put potatoes in the oven and roast for 30 minutes, or until cooked on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Tips Add one tbsp of egg white to make fries crisper. Use non-stick aluminum foil for best result.
